Plymouth Cross House Student Accommodation

This project at Derrys Cross in Plymouth was a mix of student accommodation, hotel and retail units. We worked with our client to design the ironmongery package for the student accommodation and the retail units. The former department store building was remodelled and extended to provide 500 bedrooms and 7 retail units.
